It's always hard to write a first journal entry, but I thought I would start by not introducing myself; it's too cliche.

Well it's a great day here in Canada; they sky is blue, the sun is warm and everyone seems so much happier than when it's grey and rainy. I guess the scientists are right about the correlation between the sun and happiness... Food for thought.

In other news, work is going great; even if it is busy. It's actually, finally at the stage where I wake up in the morning and I don't mind going; in fact I get bored so easily that sometimes I wake up wanting to go. Who'd have thought 10 years ago that I would have gotten to this stage in my life, let alone started enjoying a job.

I guess I should really say what this job is now; I'm an engineer. I work with Macs all day for an IT consultancy firm here in Toronto. I am a service technician, training officer, salesman, support staffer and everything else that you can think of, all rolled into two. I mean one.

Life is good right now; all I need to round things off is to get my new MacBook up and running with Leopard, then the world will be bright. Enough ramble from a "stranger", until next time.
